The NuCanoe LOCAL Team is here to support YOU!

The primary relationship is between a NuCanoe Dealer and the LOCAL Team member.   We want the LOCAL Team member to be YOUR guy or gal.

We will support them LOCAL team member and equipping them to have an impact on your store and your success with NuCanoe.

 RECRUIT a LOCAL Team member candidate

• • Ideal candidates are NuCanoe owners who are passionate about their NuCanoe and their activities, and enjoy sharing their passions with other.
  • Personality fit, availability, and willingness are more important than tournament resume and social media reach.
  • NuCanoe will forward Team Applications are that received from candidates in your area.

 SHARE the Team NuCanoe Application for candidate to complete

• • This provides an overview of the candidate so Dealers and NuCanoe to review

 APPROVE LOCAL Team Member for your store

• • In almost all cases, if a Dealer wants a Team member, we’ll sign them up!
  • If you do not personally know a candidate, invite them to your store to meet you and your staff.

 EQUIP Your LOCAL Team member

• • Dealers are asked to provide 1 kayak annually to their LOCAL Team Members at Dealer Cost + Shipping
    • NuCanoe will provide a $250 credit for each Team Member kayak sold.
    • This kayak can come from your inventory OR be added to a future shipment.
  • Dealers MAY choose to sell accessories to Team Member at a discount.
  • Team Members may purchase accessories direct through NuCanoe at a 25% Discount

 COMMUNICATE with your TEAM member on how they can best support you

• • Provide clear guidance on your expectations
  • Let them know what activities are most impactful to your store and NuCanoe sales.
  • Build relationship and connections between your staff/store and your TEAM Member
  • Share key events or opportunities in advance

 NOTIFY NuCanoe if your TEAM member is no longer active or engaged

• • This is a volunteer program and TEAM Members will fade away for various reasons.
  • If someone is not longer involved, we can remove them and you can begin looking for a new TEAM member.

 BUILD COMMUNITY

• • LOCAL Team members are admitted to our Team NuCanoe Facebook Group
  • NuCanoe holds quarterly LOCAL Team Podcasts
  • LOCAL team members are encourage to engaged with each other.

 OUTFIT w/ NUCANOE GEAR

• • All Team Members receive a TEAM NU Gear Pack with Hats, T-Shirts, Dri-Fit Hoodies, Stickers, and more.

TEAM ONBOARDING

• • LOCAL Team members go through an onboarding / training program upon joining the Team
  • This covers:  How to Represent, Dealer Support, Shows & Events, In-Store Display, Social Media, and more.

 TEAM EMAILS

• • We send a monthly email to all Team Members to keep them informed on all things NuCanoe, provide current opportunities, highlight top performing Team Members, and more!

 TEAM PODCASTS

• • Quarterly podcasts to bring the team together, address past results, and discuss future objectives.
  • We spotlight certain team members, and allow others opportunities to share from their experiences.
