2024 Dealer Program Survey

We are considering moving our model year start date forward to better align with the sales cycle and get new products to market sooner.

For the 2024 Season, we are planning for 3 Standard Colors for ALL Models, and 1-2 Additional UNLIMITED-only colors.

We are planning to phase out the current Mossy Oak Limited Editions for the Frontier 12 & UNLIMITED. We may reintroduce a "true" Limited Edition UNLIMITED during the 2024 season.

Planned Pre-Season Order Deadline is Sept 30, 2023
Pre-Season Discounts will be determined by:

1. SHIP DATE: Orders shipping earlier in the model year will receive larger PS discounts.

2. SHIP QUANTITY: Larger shipment quantities will qualify for larger PS discounts.

• Dating to June 30th 2024 on a PIVOT Drive, NuCanoe EPS w/ Newport, or Xi3 Kayak propulsion system

• Must ship by 11/30/23

• Must order at least 1 for stock for each display package

• Must be setup and on display in store through 6/30/24

CORE ACCESSORIES - We are identifying the Top 10-15 accessory items that help drive kayak sales and are most beneficial for Dealers to stock.

• All will have Dealer Margins 40% or higher

• We will ensure all items are In-Stock at all times.

• These items will be in the Pre-Season Program and eligible for Pre-Season Discounts

• These items will have improved marketing content, packaging, instructions, etc.

PADDLES - The 240-260cm FG and 260-280cm SG will be replaced by a 250-270cm FG paddle to simplify inventory & sales.

These will be available 6/box to SHIP FREE with kayak shipments.

REDUCE "DISTRIBUTED" SKUs - We are planning to remove most "distributed" accessories to sharpen focus on custom accessories. These are items that are simply resold with no value added and are all available direct, enabling higher Dealer Margins.

Examples: RotoGrip Paddle Holder, BullWinkle Rod Stager, BlackPak Pro, CellBlock, Hawg Trough.
